Balance Classes

Sup Yoga

An intense workout, guaranteed to work all your muscles.
Improves your concentration, sense of balance and reduces stress.
A great rehabilitation workout because it balances the muscles and takes the strain off the joints.
Exercising outdoors is a great experience, especially for those who spend most of their time indoors; plus you get a good dose of vitamin D which is great for your bones, heart, whole body and soul!

Aerial Pilates

Relieve the joints, experience the thrill of floating!
It helps you to get the right posture.
By activating and stretching your muscles, you will find your center of strength and discover the exact posture you need to assume when doing gymnastics or training on the floor.

Hatha Yoga

  • It also helps us discover who we are when we are not thinking.
  • Its tools and effects are more holistic and complex than any sport that is based on a model of our body.

Pilates

  • It connects breathing with muscle work.
  • It helps you discover how deep muscles work and learn to correct mistakes. You use these muscles motorically, unconsciously and therefore often incorrectly.
